- Professor Howard Maibach from the University of California in San Francisco is arguably one of the most well-known and well-published dermatologists in the world today. Maibach has constantly lectured and written extensively on dermatopharmacology and dermatotoxicology, being an author and editior for over 40 books and publishing around 2000 scientific journal articles. He currently sits on the editiorial board of 30 scientific journals and is a member of 19 academic and professional societies.
